International Conference on Design Tools and Methods in Industrial Engineering, ADM 2019, September 9–10, 2019, Modena, Italy is an interesting conference that examined design aspects from industrial engineering perspective.

The conference organizers could consider adding sessions and focus on productivity science and product industrial engineering. Those sessions will clarify the new discoveries and development of existing discoveries in the product design that will have an impact of productivity improvement and cost reduction of products. The application of these new design discoveries in the product design have to be discussed in sessions related to product industrial engineering or productivity engineering or products.
