Deming PDCA cycle is very popular. It is an important idea for industrial engineering. Every IE improvement or redesign concept has to be properly planned or designed, Its prototype has to be prepared and checked or tested for the expected result. Any deviation is to be measured and appropriate adjustments are to be done. Then only it can be commercialised or productionized. Industrial engineering involves detailed engineering and PDCA cycle has to be used.
