R&D Infrastructure
Sujan Group has developed a local R&D Centre housing over 40 engineers, we use the latest software and engineering standards developed and optimized over the last decade to Design, Analyse, Prototype and Validate new products. Using the prior experience in localizing technology implementation for Product Design and Validation which was done during the last decade in the JV Company, the same technology, method and processes have been implemented in Sujan Industries and a smaller technical center has been launched to cater to the industries that we are focused on. We have the complete capability to run complex non-linear calculations, durability and damage calculations to estimate the life of the product and multiple multi-axis test benches to validate products on. We are using the latest softwares such as Catia ®, Hyperworks®, Abaqus ® & Creo to electronically validate all designs before even launching a first prototype. Our target is to achieve products which are designed first time right.

TecsPak® is a widely used material in various industrial applications. It is a registered trademark of Miner Enterprises. The material is flexible and is compounded with a variety of other ingredients to make it durable in different temperatures.
