JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as the Supplier Development & Procurement Productivity ( SDPP ) subject matter expert to facilitate Conagra Cost Reduction (CCR) ideation, review, approval and implementation.
Facilitate cross functional productivity war rooms to manage timelines, resources and collisions.
Ensure project timelines are on track, identify potential risks and elevate where needed.
Assist buying teams in identifying and analyzing cost savings, quality, productivity, and synchronization improvements.
Support data gathering, analysis and opportunity assessment for Supplier Collaboration activities inclusive of cost modeling (i. e. cleansheeting, total cost of ownership, etc.).
Develop and deploy models to further our understanding of end to end supply chain management; drive value and savings through improved efficiency, reduced inventory and enhanced supply chain performance.
Achieve and maintain Conagra power-user status and work closely with super-user community for internal ERP and reporting systems.
Support Annual Operating Plan build and progress against.
Other duties as required.
Position Qualification

5-8+ years in Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or Finance roles, prefer CPG experience
BS/BA in General Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related major required, MBA and/or Supply Chain related certifications would be a plus
Experience with calculating, analyzing and managing productivity including development of targets and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) preferred
Experience with cleansheeting, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership analysis preferred
Proven people management capabilities a plus
Proven experience using Excel pivots, macros, VLOOKUPS, a plus
Self-starter with a proven track record of developing and executing change in a complex environment
Strong influence management, project management, creative problem solving and cross-functional team building skills
Passionate, high-energy individual who can function in a complex, matrix environment
Understanding of economics, technical issues and ability to perform independent value analysis and value engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence with formal presentation of complex material in both small and large group settings
Superior analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to leverage computer software, including SAP, MS Excel, Accolade, Right Angle, PowerPoint, PowerBI and other analysis software.
Availability for travel approximately 10% of time

We are looking for Transactional Productivity Experts based in our ABB CZOPC
Purchasing Center. You will be responsible for defining and implementing
improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing productivity of our Supply Chain
Management purchasing processes in ABB Division of Process Automation.
The Transaction Productivity Expert will lead and coordinate comprehensive
improvement programs for our European SCM (Supply Chain Management)
community and SAP environment, deploying tools such as Winshuttle, standard
processes and best practices that shall raise the productivity and overall
performance of ABB.

Requirements
• Superior knowledge of SAP R3 purchasing, logistics and

• Superior knowledge of ‘procure to pay’ process
• Understanding of EDI and WEB/EDI applications
• Several years in a buyer position in Supply Chain
Management
• Excellent analytical skills to understand and improve
processes by eliminating complexity in working with others.
• Good working knowledge of change management
demonstrated in structured milestone-based optimization
projects, ability to lead and implement (“DO”)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to not only clearly communicate verbally and in written
form, but also to listen well to others to genuinely understand
their viewpoints
• Demonstrated ability to “sell” one’s ideas to others in a very
diverse, multicultural business environment
• A self-starter with a high degree of motivation
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Information
Management or other related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. additional
