I developed an online education/training session on "Effective Industrial Engineering and Productivity Management." I can present the session in one hour, one and half hour or two-hour long sessions. The sessions will be valuable when company industrial engineers and other engineers and managers attend as a group. Industrial engineers require active cooperation and participation of other engineers and managers in their studies and projects. IMSE, UTA Develops Soft Robotic Exoskeleton
UTA Engineering Team led by Mahmudur Rahman, assistant professor of industrial, manufacturing, and systems engineering develops Soft Robotic Exoskeleton to Reduce Workplace Injuries.

A study found the air-powered wearable reduced muscle activity by as much as 22% during lifting tasks, pointing to a potential way to ease strain in industrial settings.
Unlike rigid exoskeletons, PASE relies on a single-piece pneumatic actuator made of silicone and mounted on a carbon-fiber onyx base plate, with a soft neoprene outer layer. The system is powered by compressed air—equipment already common in many manufacturing facilities.
The study, “Design, Development, and Evaluation of a Pneumatically Actuated Soft Wearable Robotic Elbow Exoskeleton for Reducing Muscle Activity and Perceived Workload,” was published in the Journal of Rehabilitation and Assistive Technologies Engineering.

I'm delighted to announce that I've embarked on a new academic journey by enrolling in the Master of Science in Engineering Management program at the University of Texas at Arlington, commencing Fall 2023.

Leveraging my background in Mechanical Engineering and my hands-on experience in the Manufacturing and Maritime Supply Chain Sectors as an Operations Engineer, I'm well-prepared to dive into the realms of industrial engineering and operations management. As I embrace this new challenge, I eagerly anticipate refining and expanding my knowledge in areas such as supply chain management, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
