Propagating continuous improvement culture in the plant through:
1. Providing TQM related training.
2. Implementation of small group activities.
3. Publication of improvement newsletter.
4. Implementation of visual control system.
5. Promotion of kaizen activities
6. Operating improvement library
7. Co-ordination of value engineering activities
