About the Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager Role:

In this business critical role, you will be responsible for handle improvement project in term of supply chain and marketing to optimise traffic of branches resulting to increase revenue of business. You will also work with top management and other functions to delivery outcome as a project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead improvement project of supply chain (demand planning, production planning, material planning, shipment planning, physical logistics, 3PLs management, Import & Export process and/or others related processes) for all business units of company
Support line managers to build associate’s capabilities in optimising supply chain and mindsets of continuous improvement
Ensure regular performance review are conducted to identify area of improvement with key stakeholders
Ensure all changes of supply chain processes are followed change management process
Cooperate with other functions to initiate new ideas for project improvement and ensure it runs smoothly as timeline
To succeed in the Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with stakeholders, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or any related field
At least five years' working experiences as logistics management, operations management, project management or related position, focal emphasise for retail as previous experience is an advantage
Previous experience in global retail or logistics business
